Cache Valley home sales started 2008 with a great January, a slower february, and now a sluggish March. In all, it looks like home sales will be down about 20% from their 2007 numbers. The average price of homes sold is also down slightly from 2007 first quarter numbers of $198,542 and 2008 average single family sold price of about $194,000. See more Logan Home Sale Graphs
