Cache Valley home sales started 2008 with a great January, a slower february, and now a sluggish March. In all, it looks like home sales will be down about 20% from their 2007 numbers. The average price of homes sold is also down slightly from 2007 first quarter numbers of $198,542 and 2008 average single family sold price of about $194,000. See more Logan Home Sale Graphs

Very interesting post. The southern Utah region is growing in 2008 for the most part. The decline that it seems you have been having is exactly the opposite of what we are seeing in Cedar city. Thanks for the post. Great blog!
