That's quite a big number. Is that a good thing, having that many homes for sale in just one county?
I think this is more of a bad thing, people are leaving perhaps because there have been no recent developments around the area and that other locations to seek better living standards and conditions. unless these properties are being fought for - there needs to be something valuable buyers have to see before they start investing in this area.
