On the market right now there are 733 residential homes for sale in Logan. Only 46% of these listings are priced less than $200,000. The largest section of homes for sale are priced between $200,000-$250,000, more than 17%. Just 32% of the active listings are priced between $140,000 and $200,000.

It's good to know that there are still home buyers who see the global economic crunch as an opportunity to purchase and invest in homes.
