Cache County Home Stats for March - Homes less than $200,000 are selling quickly.

Home Sales are up in Cache Valley for March compared with February, especially for homes less than $200,000. More than half of all the Cache County Homes sold in March were priced between $140,000 and $200,000. Nearly 77% of the homes sold were less than $200,000.



On the market right now there are 733 residential homes for sale in Logan. Only 46% of these listings are priced less than $200,000. The largest section of homes for sale are priced between $200,000-$250,000, more than 17%. Just 32% of the active listings are priced between $140,000 and $200,000.



It is still a buyers market overall in Cache County, but the starter homes are selling quickly.

Homes on the Island in Logan are as cheap as I've seen in years.

It's good to know that there are still home buyers who see the global economic crunch as an opportunity to purchase and invest in homes.
